Maryna Calow is the Communications Manager at Wines of South Africa (WoSA), the official international marketing body for the South African wine industry. Before this, she spent 7 years as Managing Editor of consumer-focused digital magazine Wine Extra and was heavily involved with the PR and marketing of The Wine Show, one of South Africa’s largest consumer wine expos. Maryna has completed a range of wine-related courses, including a certificate in Small Scale Winemaking at the University of Stellenbosch, and has tasted on international and local wine judging panels such as Concours Mondial de Bruxelles and Veritas.
