Born in 1996 in Rimini, from a young age she developed a great passion for the world of food and wine. After completing her scientific high school studies, she enrolled at the Cordon Bleu Culinary Academy in Florence, graduating in Culinary Arts. Following work experience in Michelin-starred restaurants — both in the kitchen and front of house — she continued her education at Luiss Business School in Rome, completing a Master’s degree in Food & Wine Business.
