Michelle was planted in Australia, harvested in England and aged for over 40 years in Italy. She passes what time she has left — after painting the town (not red, preferring blues in her oils and watercolours!) — as a qualified Sommelier and vintage winery guide/wine educator in the Castelli Romani just outside Rome. A true Frascati DOCG, but with the ageing potential of a good Barolo. Oxidising rather nicely, but at least there is no sign of vinegar.
